It’s that time of year again and the Commissioner promises that this update will be quite the ride and of great value for all who attend. Joseph Bell will provide his thorough summary of changes to family law rules, statutes and forms. Commissioner LaChance, Judge Thomsen, and Maralee Nelder will review 2023 cases of interest. Kenny Pierce will be providing the special presentation this year. The Commissioner may even dress the part and provide direction on the rules of engagement in family law.
